    this is 2 1/2 inches long and has what looks like nails / needles at one end ..i hope the pictures are clear enough so spmeone can help with this ...

      I wonder how sterile that was between uses, probably spread Hep. C everywhere it went. Oh the good old days..lol

      To ruff up the tip of a pool stick, so as the leather tip would keep the chalk on better.
      Don't quote me, I believe I've seen one about 15 years ago playing pool

      Madmike is correct. It's a pool cue tip pricker. I use one a lot.
