    Hi,
I got this pack in the effects of an uncle who died 15 yrs ago I thought they were just a regular pack of old vintage playing cards and was about to flog them.
On closer inspection I noticed that they were imperfectly cut, not immediately obvious or distracting and I thought this may have been normal for the time.
However I'm now wondering if this is a "trick" deck because as you'll see from one of the photos I (non magician) discovered that by tapping the deck I can get a card to just edge out of the deck......and it just so happens to be the Ace of Spades!
So how can I TELL if they are a trick deck, or if its a just coincidence from a badly cut deck....and if my uncle was a card sharp!

SOLVED!.... Ha a trawl of the net found "tapered" or "stripper decks" Used by magicians and others (No my Uncle didn't die in a shoot out over a card game!)
So any card taken out of the pack, not just the Ace of spades and put back into the deck which has been turned around will allow it to be easily found!

Great that you have the original box as well. Very cool trick deck.
