This is a fun piece. It reminds me of the islands. It is a clapper bracelet with a woven paper fan like decoration with rhinestones in the fan creases. It is extremely unique. I bought it at a local antique store. My guess is it might be from the 70's, but I am stumped on this one. If anyone knows anything that would be great. Thanks

I think you mean CLAMPER bracelet -- hinged, opens up, clamps on to wrist.

Thanks, your right I meant clamper.

I have a pin very similar to this. It is in colors of hot pink and purple. It is fan folded paper. I put a pendant bail on the back of mine and can wear it as a necklace. I can't remember where I bought mine; but I think it was in the 1980's.
