      Hi Mike,
Sorry for your loss. Your grandmother's clock is a Seth Thomas "Boudoir No. 1" circa 1924-1931. It was fitted with the Seth Thomas movement No 103A which is a high-quality movement said to be a very good mechanical timekeeper.
They retailed for $15 in 1931 which would translate to about $212 in 2010. They were most recently appraised by Tran Du Ly in 2005 at around $100 but they don't come up for auction very often so it's really hard to say what their monetary worth may be in today's market. At any rate, it was a very high quality timepiece in its day, it's not common and I'm sure it must have a lot of value as a family heirloom. Take care.
