      This should help you.

Tetragrammaton is not exclusively a Spanish word. It's also a word in English. Its origin is Greek. The 'tetra' portion refers to the four letters in the name of God, as written in Hebrew: ???? There is a coin-like good luck charm that is sold in Mexico that uses a penticle with the word in five parts (as in the given example) around the radius of the coin and between the points of the penticle. The charm is known as a Tetragrammaton because of the name so cast in the medallion, an ironic happenstance, given the intimate association of Satan with the penticle/pentagram. Another irony is that a mantra is provided to be chanted while holding the medallion. It is supposed to bring good luck.
