THIS OLD PIECE IS FROM AN AUCTION BOX. NO IDEA AS TO AGE. LOOKS TO BE IN RELATIVELY GOOD CONDITION. MARKED HOTEL TULSA. THE LARGER ONE IS MARKED CITIZENS COAL & SUPPLY.... HOME OF YELLOW JACKET COAL. NO MENTION OF WHERE IT'S FROM.
FYI; the smaller spoon is a JFO, (Just for Openers) # F-2, Patent #85,178, issued to Thomas Harding, Sept.22, 1931, assigned to John L. Sommer Manufacturing Comp. of Newark, NJ.
The slotted spoon is JFO # F-12, Patent # 47,016 issued to John L. Sommer, Feb. 23, 1915.
Both spoon carried addvertizing for food stores, drug stores, supply and hardware stores, taverens, dinners, breweries, and beers. Their values range from $20 to $80, depending on the condition and stampings.
Hope you find this helpfull;
