Nothing too fancy. Just a series of applied thick glass threading this is partially marvered into the surface. In a rare instance here, the threading actually follows a somewhat star shaped pattern, especially visible under the rim at the neck. The threading serves as a reflective shelf to bounce the iridescence. Pallme Konig and Kralik would copy... or some would say share this technique in the early 1900's.
