    found this when cleaning out mom's house, don't know anything about it , if it's new or old

    as shown, the top sits on top of the piece that appears to be a bracelet, also the bottom comes off ,leaving what appears to be a bracelet
    its green enamel , the metal is a silver color ,do not know if its silver plate or?

    anyone seen one of these, would really appreciate help to identify

      I've seen old Chinese boxes that come apart and make a couple of cuff bracelets, those were jade and did not have a brass base, but not quite the same shape.
