This is a late war or occupation era Real Photo Postcard (RPPC) that depicts two buddies each wearing a patch on the shoulder.

Both appear to be wearing Infantry (crossed rifles) collar discs. The standing man may be wearing a small oval 3rd Army patch under another unit insignia.

The sitting man is clearly wearing the 2nd Division Indian Head patch.

The post card back has lines for the address and a square stamp box, which is found on French and German cards of this era.
