This Real Photo Poscard (RPPC) is identified as "Aviation Meet, Atlantic City, 1910 No. 7" and "Albert" is the photographer or publisher.
The image focuses on the Wright's Flyer as it flew above. Four other photographers are visible along the shoreline.
Additionally, the Atlantic City Boardwalk is visible in the background.
It is hard to believe that this is only about 7 years after the Wright's first powered flight.
This RPPC is postally unused and has an AZO back.
Reproduction of this image in any form is prohibited.

Hi Scott,
This is a (Glenn) Curtiss pusher biplane and not a Wright flyer.
I have several real photo postcards of Wright pilot Walter Brookins
flying at Atlantic City in 1910 (where he set a new world record for height),
but this image it most definitely of a Curtiss pusher.
Regards,
Saul
Thanks for the information Hyp-- I did a quick attribution and now will go back and research!

My pleasure Scott- that just happens to be MY area of expertise (been collecting pioneer-era aviation for 35 years!). Most folks have trouble distinguishing various types of biplanes and often assume they're a Wright flyer. See that happen ALL the time on ebay!
I have many early Wright flyer images and didn't look at this close enough!
Thanks again.

Scott,
I am a SERIOUS early aviation collector, and would be VERY interested in hearing
what you have! If you like, you can email me at: member111049@yahoo.com
I have TONS of pre-1914 cards and photos, and am always open for a swap with fellow collectors...
Thanks vetraio and mikie.
