Lee Burr Charcoal Sketch

I came across a Lee Burr charcoal drawing that is signed in pencil. It is of an old man hanging out of a window smoking a cigarette. I have searched and searched and cannot find any info on this piece. It is definitely charcoal and not a lithograph. Thanks in advance for anyone's help.
