Watch case co. elgin U.S.A. guaranteed ramona 20 years double
stock ....I was told that it is over a hundred years
It did work but I left it sit to long so it has no movement ....
I do not no any more about this can anyone help with so info. Thank you........

I have one just like it, based on the serial number of mine- it is a 1923 watch. Hope it helps

check to see if it is wound,then very gently put it in your hand ,between your thumb and index finger and gently shake it back and forth ,it should start moving
