Mystery Knife and Fork Service Set

This was a serving set I found when I liquidated my parents' estate. It is a a 5-pronged fork and a knife with very ornate carvings. I believe both to be sterling silver. The handles on each appears to be either ivory or bone.

The markings are a bit worn on the back, so they are difficult to read.
