    I can't find anything similar to this gun. Does anybody knows what kind of gun it is ? The only marking I can see is LG

      This is a single shot derringer with a folding trigger. When the hammer is pulled back the trigger drops allowing it to be fired. The 'LG' is part of an 'E/LG' which is just a Belgium proof mark. These date to early 19 - mid19th century and were used here and abroad. The value - if it works - is somewhere between $100 - $200.00.
