cork art I love it . hard to date your piece by photo this has been around a long time and they still make it . I love the scene in yours . They are a bit fragile as I learned sadly when I touched a piece of cork . Prices are not very high on these beautiful works of art :-( But they are stunning .

I see how it is, I ask a simple question and you delete it. This tells me you are a retail concern just here for free appraisals.

Pop, I agree 100%. I asked a question and left a comment, completely deleted. Another poster looking for a price, no other interest. I am sure this will get deleted to. I am so weary of this type of post. I wish C.W. would remove words like value, appraisal worth completely from new posts... maybe one day !

      Hi Pop & TG,

Your comments were deleted by our staff, since this listing (and the many others who seek a price value) does not violate our policy. As long as someone is not using our site to sell, or garner interest in an item they have for sale elsewhere, we do not explicitly prohibit folks from asking about the value of their items.

We know it can be frustrating for regular users to see posts which merely want a dollar value, but since all participation on Show & Tell is voluntary, we hope in the future you will simply pass over these items to posts that really hold your interest. If you believe there is an issue, please click the "Report as Inappropriate" link on the left-hand menu, and we will take care of it...

Thanks again for using Show & Tell,
      Hunter

I guess our only recourse is to not respond to value questions............

Pops, I agree. I am going to try and ignore those people. Maybe if enough people complained, C.W. might limit them some. I know we were told the other day that the focus of this sight was to share items and not necessarily about value by C.W. I am going to shut up now, so hopefully I want get deleted. Talk to you later, TG
