Hi! I found this sweet little doll. I started taking a closer look at her and she seems special. The clothes are very nicely made (she has multiple layers, such as petticoat). Her back is marked Germany. Does anyone know anything about her? Thanks in advance! Julie

Here is a link to one similar you might want to look at . Your doll is nice and dressed in correct era clothes !
She is a Bisque doll . A small doll sometimes called a doll house doll . Love her !

Jewels because there were many many German doll makers at time without a symbol on her or numbers it is hard to ever know who made her . It would not change her value either way . There are dolls that it does matter who made them the larger ones as in anyplace there were German companies that did better quality than others but most important it the larger bisque doll face and how common they are sets price a character face always sells for more than what we call a dolly face ect . You have a nice little doll and I would just love her :-)
Thank you for sharing her !
