This is a small sized individual "smoking set" that probably dates from the 1950s.
The ash tray has one cigarette rest. It has light red coloration to the glass and gold inclusions.
The cigarette holder is similar but the white glass runs on the outside of the holder allowing a match to be struck against the surface. I am not sure if that was the intended purpose but looking at the outside, there are numerous small scratches showing that is how the owner used it.
At first I thought the cigarette holder may have been made for matches, but to me it seems too tall for that purpose.
Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.
