Any idea or information on these lamps

2 Peacock/bird vintage lamps creamy ivory/yellow base with gold edging very vivid colors. Original electrical base bottom is black with a black finial that doesn't seem to match unless they are considered oriental flair. Would love to have any information if anyone has any. Thanks
