    I believe this is a Heddon River Runt Spook, but I have never seen one in this color scheme.

    The body is clear plastic with several compartments. In the compartments are twisted pieces of metal. I assume they are intended to refract light.

    Any clue on this?

      possibly series No. 950/river runtie spook , they were done w/ transparent plastic plastic like your's.

      No, the runtie was only about an inch long. This is 3". But thanks!
