This booklet was produced in October 1951 and was the briefing booklet used for a visiting dignitary at UN POW Camp No. 1.
I am not sure who the dignitary was-- additional research may pin down the 29 OCT 51 visitors name.
The booklet has two photograph pages (cover and camp map) along with the itinerary and two pages of camp facts.
The Camp was established in early 1951 on island off the coast of Korea. Throughout its history the camp had numerous riots, attacks and murders of fellow prisoners and guards. At one point the Camp CDR was even held by prisoners!
In fact this visit may be the result of the murder of 15 prisoners in SEP 51 by other prisoners after holding a "peoples court".
