looks to be a meatball maker; any markings?
I don't have a better suggestion than TCakes but now it is freaking me out!
Eyeballs scooper...or at least that is what my brothers would tell me as they chased me around with it.
this tool was usually used for a meat ball maker, ice cream ball maker and also as a melon ball maker -- commonly seen in the midwest -- particularly on the old farm estate sales
I bought one of those new(meatball maker) for my wife 30 years ago.Its around here somewhere...LOl.
