      Interesting photographs of US soldiers training.

      The Boxer Rebellion and resulting "Peace Keeping" missions in China are unknown to most Americans.

      Unknown to most Americans, but when I was in China I picked up a book of reproduced photos of this "period of imperialist occupation."

      I wouldn't call these rare. They are desirable for collectors-- esp. the real photographs.

      They would be much more desirable if they were during the actual Boxer Rebellion instead of the peace keeping years.
