This lamp was given to my husbands family in the 70's. It was supposed to be from Greece and over 100 years old. Any idea of what it is and if it looks correct for something of that age?

I looked at the actual lamp instead of the glass frame. The lamp has the marking "Lale" on the turn knob. The bottom of the base is round not flat. The flame guard is either blown or poured. The glass is rippled and uneven. The base is a heavy molded glass. The outer glass case is newer glass, no ripples or bubbles. The top loop and trim band are a brassy gold on one side and a shiny tin on the other. The rest the metal work is weathered tin.
