I've had these for quite some time now. I'm not sure where I picked them up at. They are small photographs of Milwaukee landmarks. On the back of each photo there is some history of the picture. They are all in color, and there are 20 total. I've searched all over the internet looking for something like them to find their worth and time era. I'm also wondering what these types of cards are called? If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate it. Thank you!
I have seen these are they like fold out postcards ? I know some of the places photo'd . I am wondering if they all say Milwaukee as one looks like it is a suburb photo.
The Cover if garden is the Domes as we call it . Beautiful inside it is set in many scenes that are changed and you walk through for hrs, the Zoo is there, The Riverside is a Theater for live plays ,musicals ect. They are older and many of landmarks have changed . Great piece of history for a Milwaukee person .
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for the information. Yeah I would call them postcards of sorts. Only the paper case says Milwaukee on it. The picture is one of the cards. They each have the information of the landmark on the back of the card. I was wondering what they are technically called and what they're worth. There is a lot of history in them. Thanks for replying.
I would say souvenir cards, the cars in the pic appear to be 40's era. Very nice, thanks for sharing.
They don't sell for much . I had a set from Michigan in my booth at a antique shop for yrs at 5.00 dollars it never sold I gave it away :-)
