I got this six pack set of vintage glass coke bottles, and noticed that the bottle 6 pack case was from 1951. One of the glass bottles caught my eye because it is different from the others. it doesn't have the white lettering , and it says "trade mark registered" Min contents 6 Fl ozs on one side and on the other it says"trade mark registered U.S. patent office". and it was manufactured in Norton, VA. It struck me as odd because the other 5 are 6.5 oz bottles. Is this a normal thing? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I found, buried, a similar bottle but the bottom has written CLEVELAND OHIO, and there is an F on the bottom, too. A former gas/service station was located at the site of the find. My guess is the bottle was used for the coin-operated pop machine.
I have 1,547 collectible coke bottles that i am interested in selling, how do i go about doing that. All of them are full and have never been opened. A must see. I have saints bottles ,Lsu bottles, crimson tide bottles, and more.
