This Singer Featherweight 221 made Dec. 30th, 1935. It was purchased at the "Texas Centennial Exposition" in Dallas, Texas in 1936 (note; the "special" badge).
Machines with this badge are considered vary rare and very scarce.
It has been in the posession of the original purchaser's family (Raymond Eng) since that time. Along with the machine are its original case and foot controller, by itself a rare find with the "airholes" on top. Also a full set of attachments and owners manual.
Note: the front mounted bobbin winder guide available in 1935-1936.
