I'm not sure what this is but I was told it belonged to a Model T. I'm not sure if its a battery or what. It is made of wood and has that famous Ford symbol on it. On the battery top it says C.E. Niehoff and co. Chicago. This is about 6 in tall and about 4in wide. If you know what it is or what this.went to let me know...thanks.

      Not for a Model 'T', it is a single Magneto for a hit-n-miss engine....>>>>>http://www.old-engine.com/magbuz.htm

magneto (coil) marked Ford but looks larger than Model T. As a teenager we used Model T coils to "hot wire" the rear seat of a car.
