A friend of mine just found these at a thrift store and I was wondering if anybody had any information about them. I have searched Google and Ebay and I am not able to find any similar to these with the arm raised up on both. There are no markings on the bottom as far as I can tell, no stickers of any kind. They appear to be hand painted. Any information anybody can give I would be much appreciative, Thanks.
