War Ration Book Four. Don't know the item's rationed by this book , some marked coffee, spare, others just have letters of the alphabet. Back has mis use warnings and says "when you have used your rations salvage the tin cans and waste fats. They are needed to make munitions forour fighting men." We were all involved to win the war then!!!

Thanks walksoftly. I think I have more but have never seen a canadian one. I remember my father trading the gas for meat. Told the store owner he would walk to work if he had to, but he had to feed his kids.
