My Grandmother used this with her fine China from pre WWII Czech, been in boxes for 30 year need help to ID

This honeycomb faceted pattern is called "Georgian" and was made by many glass companies for a long time. There are slight differences in the designs from the various companies making attribution oftentimes difficult. From your photos this looks like possibly a goblet or iced tea. Maybe someone with experience with the many Georgian designs will take a look.
