lovely navajo (?) indian cuff

This lovely cuff was given to me by a friend who purchased it in the late 60's. I have been trying to find out if it is actualy a Navajo piece but I can't find any information on it anywhere. It looks like it is made ofbeaten silver, with red coral and turquoise
Any information would be lovely
