This sweet (salty?) ol' pretzel dish is stamped "1935 The Brunhoff Mfg. Co. Made in U.S.A". I purchased as a result of a bid auction for a buckfitty. I'd been waiting for a nice one to come around. Many have dents, corrosion, and/or missing the black poly-rubber table protectors. This is I think a real nice example. I filled the dish with mini pretzels last night, sat down to watch Antiques Roadshow on DVR... 30 minutes later I had to refill it. So I've taken it off the coffee table and placed in on the TV stand so I at least have to get up if I want a hand full !

You're livin' the dream Dave!! Thats a real nice one, love it!! I've watched a few in auction myself, have'nt seen a nice one like yours yet!! Great lookin' piece for the " Coke"room!!
Exellent grab Dave!!! Nothing like a netflix and a bowl of pretzels. I too have been keeping an eye out for one.
Thanks Bernie and Tommy! The family is spending a lot more time down here now. I like to think it's a fun room and each little piece contributes. Of course, we all know "fun" can be expensive, I'm also trying to keep that in mind! I always enjoy and appreciate hearing from you guys.
Dude you got the Pretzel Bowl!!! That thing is in great shape too! Major score Dave. I would get one but the wife says if I get one more thing to sit around, it'll have to sit outside. SoI'll be out on the pool deck if you need me.
