Cats have always been my passion. I still have the first cat figurine I got as a small child. My collection consists of jewelry, books, figurines, mugs, art and a few useful cats. Unfortunately I now live in a retirement apartment and most of the cats are in boxes in my store room.
I love your user name! My first thought is "Cat on a hot tin roof" one of my favorites. You will find a few crazy cat ladies here myself included. Thanks for sharing.
I love crazy cat ladies...and gents. Only people on earth who can run on and on about their passion without boring me. Does anyone else judge people by how much they love cats...or hate them?
I have a rule I live by & it has proven to be true. Anyone who says they HATE cats or really any animals is someone not to be trusted! Now don't get me wrong, I understand people have allergies or a bad run in with an animal. But the word HATE is such a strong word to use when it comes to animals. I get so upset when I hear about people shooting or poisoning cats because they poop in their garden or hunt the birds they feed. They are just following their instincts to survive! I lost a cat to antifreeze poisoning, one of the hardest and most horrible moment of my life. I don't think these people understand what that method does, it eats away the animals insides while the animal is alive! I'm sorry this is a less then happy post but this subject gets me riled up.
I am also a crazy cat lady! The only thing I don't have is a shopping cart, but I have 5 sets of cat eyes staring at me right now!!!!!
