    Metal First Aid Insurance Case for Johnson & Johnson Products. I think This is probably A Travel Salesman Case. I found it At My Great Aunt's Old House In Summerville.       I used to carry one just like it behind the seat of my truck. I also have the smaller version which is about the size of a lunch box. I believe mine still have all the original items in them. I never thought about them being a collectible.

      Well, I did not think urinals, bedpans and cans of spray paint were collectible, boy, was I wrong.

      I have no idea what the original use was, both of mine were given to me back in the late 1980's or early 90's. They were at a youth camp that was upgrading their dispensary.
