Looking for info on old Brevet Pocket watch that was given to me. I think the case is steel, with a plain white face with very delicate minute and hour hands that are gold colored. The numerals are black but each minute mark are gold colored. It has a second dial also in the lower center of the face. On the back of the watch is a small glass magnifying window in the center of the watch where you can see the picture of 5 U.S. presidents rotating around. The word "Brevet" and the #24340 with a small Swiss Cross symbol are engraved in the case just above the window. I have not been able to find any info on this type of watch so would be grateful for any thing that anyone has.

The term "Brevet" just means patented. It's not a brand name nor the name of a manufacturer. The number might refer to a Swiss patent that would help to identify a source for such a watch.

The 5 presidents are Washington, Lincoln, T. Roosevelt, and I think Taft and Harding.

I have the case for a watch that on the inside says Brevet and the picture an eagle or something. Then it says 27691. A bit underneath are the numbers #566537. The front has a picture of a Greek maiden playing on a small harp. Around it says AD GLORINUM MUSIC. There is no longer the watch. I got it in a flea market in London or Zurich in the early 1970's.
