      Thanks for the info. The tax amount is marked 2 cents. How can I find out the year?

      I have no way of knowing. According to the site listed they had a set with a 10 cent tax stamp from 1946. That would make yours somewhat earlier.

      Hey! I found this site. This it what it sez for the last stamp like the one on my deck. This is the last version in use from 1917 to 1919, the overprint shows the new value '7c'. Both stamps were cancelled by R.P.C.Co. (Russell) on '1-25-'18'.
