Chinese Glass Snuff Bottle

I found this Chinese snuff bottle at a jade market in Taiwan. The glass is not painted; it is yellow and green tinted. There is also a small chip in the glass, likely a manufacturing imperfection, in the top right of one side of the bottle (just barely visible in the first picture). The cork is deteriorated a bit.

I'm giving it as a gift to someone and I would like to know more about its age and value. Thanks!
