Looks like a nice Hamilton railroad watch. Very cool railroad case and dial...Unscrew the back and take pictures of the movement. That's what really tells the story.

Picture of inside added.. the small writing says 950B 23 jewels. and a "S8277" deeper in the movement. inside back of watch cover says "Hamilton watch Co"
10 K gold filled lancaster PA k297113. Let me know what you think. And what value might be, thanks!

The crack is in the dial face unfortunately.. I wound the watch, and its running.. all hands are moving.. I was unable to set the time.. I dont know exactly how though, i tried to pull up on the wind knob. it would not pop up and i didnt want to force / break it. On the inside of the back cover there are very small "ingravings" with dates (two of them) cant really read them both. but one says "24k). I assume they were made by a repairman.

Anyone know what a good asking price for it would be? Its been in storage. Maybe needs to get to someone who is more of a collector than me..
