Boy- I would HATE to be on the buisness end of this! This was made to really mess someone up. The wood handle has a "D-guard" handle with metal spiked triangles. the triangular blade will make a nice hole in you. This knife is as lethal as it looks. You really had to be a bad ass to have to use this in hand to hand combat.
To find one with its sheath is a stroke of luck. Often you find them, and the sheath/scabbard is long gone, or the leather has dried up and pulled away from the metal connections. Made by LF&C dated 1917, its a must to have in any WWI US collection!
