Hi, if you could find a model number on the back of the chassis I might be able to date the console. It looks similar to the model 1035PLW from 1942 with AM/FM & Shortwave bands. There were a few similar looking models from 1942 with different styled console cases. Book price is about $100-$125 but its a tough sell in todays market.
      All the best, Tony

I have a console that looks exactly like the radio potion of the cabinet you are showing...EXACTLY. It is a standalone console and the date on the back is 2-2-1946. I am looking for push buttons for it, in case you know where I can find any.

I have one of these as well.
      It is stamped FB 48.
      The model is 8165. 2FM Series 14.??
My father repaired it many many years ago for a gentleman who never came back to pick it up. It was probably just too heavy, ha.
He switched out the original turntable with a dual.

I wish I could post pictures as I'm selling it now. I'd love to know if the information I gave is correct. Cheers.
