Hi. This china was produced by the Royal Rudolstadt factory in Thuringia, Prussia, about 1895 - 1905. It was a small, second tier company that exported to the U.S. and Canada. It did not get a large collector following like R. S. Prussia and Royal Bayreuth, which were produced in the same region and has many admirers and collector clubs.. Reference books that describe this china include the book by Ludwig Dankert, Directory of European Porcelain, and Kovel's Dctionary of Marks. I would estimate it's retail value is $40 - $60, if in good condition. Hope this helps.
