I have inherited this watch and was wondering if anyone can tell me anything about it. I have searched hundreds of watch faces and can't seem to find anything like this. It has the minutes (individually listed) around the main watch numbers and inside the main watch numbers is another row that have 13, 14, 15, 16 etc. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Montgomery style 24 hour dial. The 13, 14 ect is 24 hour time, 1300 would be 1:00 pm, 1400 would be 2:00 pm and 1432 would be 2:32 pm and so on. Hope this helps you with your question.
