Hi folks. I am a construction manager based out of Arlington Va and am currently embarking on a new project in Washington D.C.. During recent excavation on my site, I managed to save this bottle that was in an earthen mound near my excavation contractors machine. Had it not been saved it would have most likely been destroyed. Could anyone explain its origin or a brief history? I have tried some research but have come up short on the name stamp. I believe it reads-
"SEEDORFF & SCHUCHLBERT". The impression is not leggible on some letters. The condition is fair with afew chips at its base and either glazing cracks or full on cracking. The bottle was aprox. 10ft under fill rubble of old row homes, including dirt and tires. I have found many other items but have genuine curiousity about this "beer" bottle. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanx
