Hello, the signature is A. Rocco. According this website:

      http://paintingsbyrocco.blogspot.com/

a.rocco born in naples 1924 studies paris,& liege academy diploms naples & paris 1957 exhibitions; professor in art prices & medals; silver medal

Paintings with this signature are somewhat common, it is thought that they were mass produced for Montgomery Ward stores back in the 1960s. There is also a theory that the paintings were painted by a group of "European student Artists" on commission.
      Anyway, good luck with it.

Thank you too_much_stuff it figures I would get a painting that was mass produced.Something like the starving artists sales we have around the country even now.Well it cost me $1.00 so no big loss.
