This is a postcard of grandfather who worked for railroad from 1910 thru the 1920's. He is the man on the right. Lived in Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri. His wife sent this postcard to his father. I would like help with identifying station, postmark (What is the R.P.O.) etc. and what are the items loaded on the wagon.

The round items on the wagon appear to contain a storage vessel possibly. Where is this Station located? Could RPO stand for Rail Post Office

      walksoftly is absolutely correct.
"In the United States a railway post office, commonly abbreviated as RPO, was a railroad car that was normally operated in passenger service as a means to sort mail en route, in order to speed delivery. The RPO was staffed by highly trained Railway Mail Service postal clerks, and was off-limits to the passengers on the train."
