Was my grandfathers, have no idea if it has any value. Dont know anything else about it like how old it is would appreciate help. Has union pacific emblem on cover.

so that is not a union pacific railroaad symbol on the cover? Might be upside down lol.
the shield symbol is on a lot of watches, doesn't make then UP watches.
