Found this post card in my collection. I don't remember seeing it before. I thought it was kind of cool, especially since it looks like it was sent from a soldier to his wife ! No date was on the card, because it was sent postage free and not post marked due to it being a soldier who sent it. Probably WW2. Makes you wonder how things turned out with them. Hope you enjoy! Camp Kohler was dedicated in 1942 so you are right on the time period. He also uses an old style service number that identifies him. Service numbers went out in the late 1960's. You could probably research him with his service number. I know my service number still works on some military archive sites.
