Hello, I received this set from my fathers estate. It was his fathers and probably dates back to late 1800,s but not sure. It has the name on the silk linning as follows... Tassilly - Boivin, Henni Marlincourt, GG Rue dea Petits, Champs, Paris.
Can anyone give me an idea of its age and value. All the set is in perfect order, no damage to any of the glasses or decanters.
UPDATED PHOTOS. Please see the 3 new photos. sorry the mark isnt clear but it is on all the glasses and decanters. Yes the address is 66 not GG. Thanks again for your help.

I ran a search on Tassilly - Boivin and got lots of results. Problem is.....it returned all French writing. Being lazy I didn't bother hitting the translate button.
Hi Steve! Can you check the reference?
"Tassilly - Boivin, Henni Marlincourt, GG Rue dea Petits, Champs, Paris."
The GG is perhaps a number: is it 60?
It should be "Rue des Petits-Champs, Paris"
Henni could be "Henri"?
Looks like a nice set, but the image is rather small.
Are there any marks on the silver pieces?
They may be very small on French silver!
The name Boivin is an interesting one. RENÉ BOIVIN (1864 - 1917)
Thank you for your replies. I am going to take my camera and take some new photos of the name on the silk linning and also the design on the glass and metal. should have those loaded tomorrow night. Keep it on your list to solve please.
