The funny part in response to your comment of 'very cool' is that the barn and sign are located in a town named Cool in the Sierra Foothills Gold Country! The property was a stage coach stop, waystation (where 49'ers stayed on their way to strick it rich), and then in the early 1920's when the Prohibition hit, the George Eberhard and others purchased the property as a cattle ranch, pear ranch, and built it into a three thousand acrea ranch. Lots of history!
