10" TALL, Very heavy Optical Bowl Vase ,it has a wonderful effect like one of those childhood toys, it has white clear cut circles all rd,which give the effect of lots and lots of circles.I have no idea of age, i bought it at a general auction sale about 5 years ago.Maybe Sklo? Czech? i would love any info on this please.

I have remembered the word i was trying to put in my original post...KALEIDOSCOPIC! which makes me think its a trippy 60`s manufacture .
